• Month to Month General Fat Loss or Off Season coaching

• Month to Month Contest Prep coaching

• 12-week, 6-month, and 12-month general and contest prep packages

• One time diet plan

• 12-week protocol

• Workout program

• Book a Call sessions

• Posing sessions (virtual and in person)

• In-person show day support

• Seminars

Gym membership and in-person training services are offered through Psycho's Body Shop located in Redondo Beach, California.

2. Payment

All online service payments are processed through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's Terms of Service. Gym membership payments are processed through gym master/Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a service before purchasing, please contact us at hello@psychosbodyshop.com.

4. Service Delivery

After payment is received, you will receive an email with a questionnaire and a request for progress pictures. Once all required information is submitted, please allow approximately 7 days for your customized plan to be prepared. For calls and posing sessions, you will receive an email within 24 hours of payment asking for your availability.

5. Health Disclaimer

Psychofitness LLC provides fitness coaching, nutrition planning, and training programs for informational and educational purposes. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, consult with your physician or qualified healthcare provider. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in physical fitness activities and assume all risks associated with such participation.
